We are a gated private community with security guard 24/7 nice and quiet neighborhood that is centrally located about t 15 minutes from San Juan International Airport. We are 30 minutes away from Old San Juan where you will find good dinning and historical sites and night life. We are 25 minutes away from El Yunque , Twenty minutes away from the closest beach, 10 min a large Outlet Mall. We are 40 minutes away from Farjardo where you can take the ferry to Culebras and Vieques Island. The space Beautiful home located at the foothills of the mountains with a terrific outdoor space that is cool and plesant all times of the year. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, which included three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, garage, laundry room, terrace and outside kitchen & bar combo. Other things to note We are pet friendly. No easy access to uber or taxi. In the house we have some telephones about private drives that can move you anywhere.
