Note pool is not heated May-October unrestricted street parking The space This recently renovated pool house is a former art studio with one bedroom, a large bathroom, and a living room/kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave, and TV. There is a pullout double sofa bed for non couples. Bedroom door closes for privacy . Sleeps 2, 1 queen bed in bedroom and one queen pullout sofa in living room. The unit is a stand alone guesthouse with a private entrance off the pool and beautiful yard. It is quiet, yet just up the hill from the buzz. A fresh and bright studio with fantastic palm tree views. The neighborhood is lovely and safe area, the unit is private comfort that works as a 2 room unit for travel friends, at an affordable rate. Do not invite friends or family or visitors at the pool or guesthouse; this space is for the registered 1-2 adults max, no children Guest access Guesthouse with kitchenette, yard, and designated pool areas. The pool is for the 2 guests staying. No entertaining, and please do not invite anyone over. If you would like to hang out at a pool with other non guest there is a public pool down the street. Other things to note This is probably the safest neighborhood in Los Angeles. Plenty of free unrestricted street parking. It's different, new construction as of May 2021 with high ceilings. A queen size bed, and another bed in the other room makes for good non couple stays. No immediate neighbors so it's quiet and a good place for sleeping, it has its own dedicated Wi-Fi, and smart TV . The kitchenette is simple. This space is extended for the quiet enjoyment of the 2 guests only pool privileges. No entertaining of friends/family. No parties or ‘get-togethers’! No film inquiries please. Really. No children.
