Large self contained B&B with 2 x separate bedrooms. The bedrooms are very roomy - 20 x sq metres & 12 x sq metres respectively. The large lounge/dining is massive - 30 x sq metres. There's also a kitchenette, toilet & separate shower. Enjoy the peace & quiet, comfort & relaxing surroundings. It's a short walk to the beach & nearby walking tracks. Easy access, with plenty of parking. We provide your 1st breakfast - free range eggs, bread, butter, fresh milk, some spreads, cereal, tea, coffee. The space Quality bed linen Large lounge/dining area - 30 x square metres - it's huge! Internal access from garage - you don't have to worry about the weather when loading/unloading the car. There's also a separate outdoor area for eating/socialising if preferred. Guest access This private space is a self contained B&B. Cooking facilities are a double induction cook-top, frypan, pots & pans, small convection oven, microwave & BBQ. Other things to note We live upstairs.
