Casa Maraz - New house

Modern house on the shores of the calm and warm sea of Zorritos in northern Peru, with sun all year round. Take the whole family to this fantastic place with plenty of options for fun and rest. You can enjoy the delicious sea of Zorritos, refresh yourself in the pool, sunbathe on the terrace or beach, taste the delicious northern food, lounge in the room or watch movies. Spacious home with two well-defined areas: Social Area and Room Area. The space Casa Maraz has a large covered terrace where there is a table for 12 people, terrace furniture, and armchairs next to the pool. There is a grill and a Chinese box. Near the beach there is an awning and beach chairs. The room located next to the terrace has air conditioning, a fan, smart TV and a full bathroom. The 4 bedrooms have A/C, a fan and their own bathroom. The house is surrounded by fine sand and shells, where children can play. Guest access Casa Maraz guests have full access to the house's environments. The pool is private only for use by the house, as well as the terrace, beach awning, and parking. Beach access is directly from the house. Other things to note At home we have a large speaker for use on the terrace, we also have board games and books available to guests. We have surveillance cameras outside the house that are monitored. The midday cleaning is included in the rate. The house has a guard who cleans the pool.
