Welcome to our beautiful beach house in Cherry Grove! This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just steps away from the beach, making it the perfect vacation getaway. We've found our own slice of paradise, and cannot wait to share our home with you. At this time, we are only able to accept reservations from guests with completed profiles and good reviews. Summer rentals are weekly rentals - Wednesday to Wednesday! More flexible booking options available in the off-season! The space As soon as you step inside, you'll find a spacious and airy living area on the upper level, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There is a dining area, a wood burning stove and a full bathroom on this level. The three bedrooms are on the lower level, thoughtfully decorated with cozy bedding for a good night's sleep. We put brand new queen size beds in each room in the off-season! Each bedroom has a private entrance from the deck and has an individual split-unit air conditioner. There is a gorgeous full bathroom with a tub on this floor. Situated in the middle of the sprawling backyard-- a pool! In Cherry Grove! You'll love spending time on the expansive deck, which boasts stunning views and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There is a gorgeous garden towards the back of the yard, complete with a koi pond -- the previous owners rescued koi fish from a local elementary school, and we've taken them under our wing! The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a streaming stick for the flat screen in the living room. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer off the deck. With its prime location, this beach house is just a short walk away from the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment that Cherry Grove has to offer. Catch a drag show at the Ice Palace or Cherry's, grab a slice at Cherry Grove Pizza, take a stroll along the beach or through the Sunken Forest or simply kick back and enjoy your vacation. Because this is mainly an owner-occupied home, the basement and one bedroom closet will remain locked with our personals. There are two beach wagons available to help transport you and your belongings between the ferry and the house. Other things to note Upon booking, we will send you a digital copy of the house rules. No smoking inside: Smoking is not allowed inside. Please use the ashtrays provided in the backyard and dispose of your butts properly. No parties or events: The house is for the use of registered guests only, and large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited. Pet policy: Clean, non-destructive dogs are welcome. Keep noise levels down: Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours. Clean up after yourself: Please clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes washing dishes, taking out the trash, and tidying up before you leave. Garbage and recycling are collected on specific days. There is a calendar on the refrigerator that has details on how and when to put out the trash. No illegal activity: Any illegal activity on the property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any remaining rental payments. Respect the property: Please treat the house and its contents with respect, and report any damages or issues to the property manager as soon as possible. Check-out procedures: On the day of departure, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked, all appliances are turned off, and the key is returned to the designated location. Max occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is 6, and any additional guests must be approved in advance by the property manager. Kids are more than welcome to visit, but the house is not child-proofed. We ask that you leave your shoes at the door. Feel free to bring your own slippers or borrow a pair of ours! Please note that a 3% tax is imposed by Suffolk County, which must be paid at the time of the stay, separate from Airbnb.
