Domus Latina: Luxury stay in the heart of Rome

The space DOMUS LATINA is a fully restructured flat which dates back to the mediaeval Rome, combining ancient Roman arches and elements with an elegant, modern eclectic style. The apartment is located in the central historic neighbourhood "Monti", which is our favourite area combining perfect location and true Roman vibes and cuisine. The apartment consists of a comfortable and elegant living room (with sofa bed with capacity for 2 people), a fully equipped open-space kitchen/dining area, as well as 1 bedroom (with double bed, a large walking closet and a desk) and bathroom with shower and all the amenities (bidet included!). The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities (all new and top-notch quality, as part of the restructuring), including washing machine (with dryer included), oven with microwave incorporated, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi with optic fibre, hair dryer, ironing board and iron etc. There is hot/cold air-conditioning both in the main bedroom and living room. In addition, the walls are thick, meaning the temperature is always isolated and mild regardless of the outside temperature. The apartment has independent entrance from the street, meaning no stairs! - in addition to direct access to the neighbourhood life. You will feel at home in this cozy, clean and elegant space, and in the perfect location for your vacation in Rome, at walking distance from the main touristic attractions and eno-gastronomic life, as well as the main means of transportation (Metro line B stop "Cavour" at 2 minutes distance, "Termini" station at walking distance - directly connected to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports). Fall in love with the vibrant Monti neighbourhood and enjoy the best typical Roman dishes and "aperitivi" in iconic restaurants around Piazza Zingari, Piazza Santa Maria ai Monti, such as Al Tettarello, Antica Roma, etc, historic ice-cream makers (Fata Morgana) and bars, and the best selections of drinks and wines. The apartment has a "no-smoking" policy (except for electronic cigarettes which are admitted), however you can comfortably smoke in the patio right outside the dining/living room, in which you can position a couple of chairs to stay peacefully in the open air. We love pets, but this apartment is unfortunately not suitable for them! The furniture is mostly handcrafted and therefore quite delicate. We thank you in advance for understanding.
