The space This apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed either by stairs or elevator, making it convenient and practical for all types of guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment during their stay, as well as to the residential common areas, including the swimming pool, parking, gym, and green areas, in accordance with the condominium’s house rules. Other things to note At our properties, electricity consumption is charged separately. This policy applies to all properties we manage, due to the high cost of electricity in the area and occasional improper use. The cost is $5.00 MXN per kW consumed. To ensure a fair and transparent calculation, meter readings are taken upon arrival and again at departure, and the total consumption is calculated accordingly.
