This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is a residential house with a second floor, in a quiet area close to the beach, the highway and Spain. Many shops are also nearby as well as free private parking. Very pleasant to live in, recently renovated with new bedding and a kitchen equipped with appliances. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front courtyard, back terrace and balcony. The space The property is a two-storey house that has on the ground floor an open living room of 40 m2 with dining table, living room and equipped kitchen. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and a first bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 X 200) and independent storage. Two of them have direct access to a balcony. A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet are also present. For outdoor areas, there is a tiled terrace at the back of 40 m2 adjoining the kitchen. It has garden furniture, dining table (for 6 people), two sun loungers and a courtyard in case of rain. There is also a fenced courtyard with a gate on the front (possibility to leave bicycles). Guest access Close to many shops, the house is located 10 minutes walk from the city center with pizzerias, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy... A bus stop is available a 5-minute walk from the accommodation that serves Argeles-sur-mer, Céret and Perpignan for 1 euro. A greenway and hiking trails are nearby as well as natural areas (equestrian center, lake, stadium...). Located 5 minutes by car from the Thermes du Boulou, a casino and a toll. 5 minutes from Céret, 20 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from Spain. It's a great location for a stay with family or friends. Other things to note The accommodation has a TV in the living room and internet access with Wi-Fi. The cleaning kit for the household remains available in the accommodation (vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning product, ironing board and iron).
