Small galley kitchen, but stocked with all you should need to cook. Condiments, jelly, syrup, hot chocolate, popcorn, coffee, cold creamer, teas, spices, oil, etc. You may need to walk through a bedroom to get to a common area. Please look at the picture of the layout. Outside deck has seating for 9. Washer & dryer available for guests staying 3 nights or more. Guest access All of the house, deck and yard. Other things to note My main rules: No smoking or vaping inside the house. There is an ashtray on the back deck for you to use. If the house smells of smoke of ANY kind, there is a $50+ fee to have it removed. No parties. If there will be people visiting over the # on your reservation or you want to have a get-together, let me know ASAP (before booking) to discuss to see if it is approved.
