This is a newly restructured apartment on the third floor of a building which is at 400 meters from Piazza San Marco and just 300 from Rialto, exactly in the middle of Venice’s historical city center. The residence is just a couple of minutes by foot from the famous Rialto’s market, a neighborhood rich of typical pubs called bacari, supermarket, restaurants, theaters and, obviously, where you can find one of the best fish market in the world. The space The apartment possesses each and every comfort you could ever need: the newest domestic appliance such as air conditioning, a washing machine with a dryer integrated, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and even a double-doored fridge with water and ice dispenser, all of this in one of the oldest building in Venice. It is also really close to all the most important monuments of Venice and from one of the bedrooms you can even see the “Scala del Bovolo” a not-so-well-known, but very particular spiral staircase that has been built in the XVth century. Guest access To reach the apartment is very easy, in fact, from either the railway station or Piazzale Roma you just have to take the water bus lines 1 or 2 and then, after at most 20 minutes, hop off at the stop named Rialto and from there walk just 300 meters. If your luggage is heavy then we suggest you to take line number 1 as whilst it takes longer, as the water bus makes more stops, you won’t have to cross any canal and as a consequence any bridge.
