The space Whether you’re staying 3 nights or 3 months, as an extended stay boutique hotel, we have thought of everything for your home away from home. This room is the Catbird Studio, it is 390 sq ft. There is clever storage under the lofted bed, full kitchenettes, laundry rooms, trash chutes to dispose of waste, and water stations. We have a fitness center, workspaces, playroom items to utilize, a breakfast café, and a rooftop deck. Guest access Your room is all yours and guests are welcome in all common areas of Catbird. Other things to note Upon check in, we place a $50 per night incidental’s hold on your credit card. This is to ensure that your credit card stays active for the duration of your stay. At check out, this hold is released back to your account. Please allow 3-5 business days for this transaction to be processed. Check-in at the hotel is at 4 p.m. We are happy to provide an earlier check-in, if your room is available. Checkout is 11 a.m. When possible we can allow for late check out. Additional fees applied. Please speak to the front desk for availability. DESTINATION AMENITY FEE: Catbird goes beyond the standard and offers a full range of bonus creature comforts designed to help you feel at home. We can replenish all usable items in your room 24/7 (ex: toilet paper, towels, soaps, etc), simply call the front desk and we will deliver these items to your door. PET POLICY: We are a dog friendly hotel. Sorry, absolutely no other animals are permitted. - Dogs are charged $75 per stay (up to 1 month). Please make sure to select the pet fee on Airbnb. Please notify us that you will be bringing a dog through Airbnb. Anyone who does not disclose a pet is coming on Airbnb will be charged directly at Catbird. - Dogs must be kept on leash in all public all common areas of the hotel (sorry no pups permitted on the rooftop) - Dog bed and bowls are available upon request. - Portion of the fee is donated to Max Fund Animal Adoption Center Note: We do not charge a pet fee for dogs under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We accept service animals defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. This does not apply to emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. We ONLY accept dogs, no other pets are permitted at Catbird. A $500 professional cleaning fee may be applied if you or your pet leave the room in poor condition. This is based on manager discretion. PARKING: Valet parking is available to all guests and includes: unlimited in/out privileges, covered parking, front drive service. Daily Parking: 0 – 4 hours $12 4 – 8 hours $18 8 – 12 hours $24 Overnight Valet $52 (12 – 24 hours) Self-Parking at Industry Parking Garage $34 – see valet or front desk for QR code. *Overnight Parking: $52/per night. We do not have a Valet attendant 11pm-6am Sunday-Wednesday. Please let valet and/or front desk know if you will need access to your vehicle during these hours and they will have your vehicle accessible on the driveway. Front desk will have access to your keys and able to assist you to your vehicle. *We do not have parking for RV's, buses, or any other over sized vehicles. *Our parking garage has an 8'3" clearance. *EV chargers available at the Industry parking garage. Guest must self park. Valet will not plug in your vehicle. **Street parking and self-parking options are available in the neighborhood. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas outside. The entire property is 100% non-smoking; $500 fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking or vaping is detected. This includes cigarettes, THC, Vapes, cigars, etc. ALL forms of smoking are prohibited. The room you are reserving is a Catbird Studio. We offer accessible rooms that meet disability design standards; compliant with ADA guidelines. Please let us know in the messages and we will place your reservation in an ADA Studio.
