Opera Loft

Our newly-renovated and furnished loft is very quiet and is located on the fourth floor with an elevator of a building in the historical center of Rome. It is located next to the Opera House, near Termini station, and will allow you to visit the wonders of Rome on foot: the Colosseum and the Imperial Fora are 10 minutes away; you can get to the Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain in 15 minutes; St. Peter's Basilica is 10 minutes away by metro. The space The bedroom contains a king-size bed measuring 160x200 cm with a comfortable spring mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside tables, a radiator and air conditioning/heating. Everything is completely new. An interior antique patio allows guests to enjoy complete silence, day and night. The living room features a sofa bed (140x190 cm). If you use the sofa bed with sheets and a pillow, there is an additional fee of €30. The room also includes a storage cabinet, a table with four chairs, a desk, a full kitchen, and a refrigerator with a freezer. It has two windows overlooking the inner courtyard. The bathroom has a window, a shower measuring 70x90 cm, a bidet, washbasins, and a toilet. Guest access Access to the apartment is convenient for disabled guests and offers complete privacy- The apartment is at guests' complete disposal.
