The space This is a “Simhayana’s 2.0 | Mussoouri’s” twin villa , but not the identical ones (: ( If you are a group of eight people or more, you can reserve both villas , subject to availability , please take note that although the villas are next to one another, they are completely independent. ) The Villa serves as your sole place of residence; neither you nor any other visitors nor inmates share it. The objective is not to rough it as you take in the tranquility of Mussoorie's hills. Evenings are magical, as the lights of Mussoorie twinkle like distant stars, creating a celestial backdrop to your peaceful retreat. The villa offers all the conveniences needed to live comfortably in the mountains today. ( We are constantly updating the villa because we visit frequently; you may find us there. So, stuff and amenities will undoubtedly outperform Pictures ) 1. WIFI : (100 MBPS ) - Two separate routers for Ground & First floors respectively . Guests can work flawlessly with a WiFi connection (100 Mbps) backed up by the invertor . Most of the work can be fulfilled by the internet connection . There is no cellular network inside the house because of the mountains. Recently, "Airtel" built a tower near the Kamal Cottages. 2. TV : 55” SMART LED is installed in the living room , with Amazon fire-stick (4k) A TV with OTT subscriptions and premium YouTube to enjoy music is a wonderful way to have fun and relax at home. You can watch your favorite shows and movies, listen to your favorite songs and artists, or explore new genres and styles. You can stream PREMIUM YOUTUBE , AMAZON PRIME , HOTSTAR , SONYLIV ETC . Other OTT’s are available on demand or you can login yours and stream seamlessly . ( Make sure to log-out while checking out ) 3. KITCHEN & FOOD : The kitchen is a fully loaded kitchen that has everything you need to cook and eat well. It is a place where you can unleash your creativity and passion for food. It is also a place where you can share some quality time and memories with your loved ones. It includes - Fridge , Microwave , Toaster , Mixer , Utencils and all kind of glasses for different types of Spirits . - Zomato is serviceable now . - You can cook yourself . - Cook on hire ( Please note cook is only subject to availability & we don’t have a hired staff ) - Order from mess ( Fixed timings & Order need to placed in advance ) - Enjoy fine dine & drinking from nearby cafe - “ 19th Century ” 4. PREMESIS : There are several locations to roam around the compound, as well as a vast garden and a temple . 5. ID’s : Guests are required to submit their ID’s upon confirmation of the booking 6. HEATERS : Both the Rooms & Drawing room are equipped with oil heaters . 7. BONFIRE : Available at the premises - Chargeable ( perfect from October through February ) Guest access You don't share this independent villa with anyone. The Villa also has an independent entrance and a parking space . All rooms, Living rooms , Kitchen , balcony , the dining area, and the outside seating deck are solely for you. You get access to the society's amenities, such as the mess, club house with table tennis , public walking grounds, visits to temples & Garden . •| Games & Activities in House : 1. CARDS -Poker Set -Playing Cards -UNO 2. BOARD & KIDS SECTION -Ludo / Snakes & Ladders -Scrabble -Jenga -Chess -Topple 3. SPORTS & FUN -Badminton Kit -Bicycle PS - Only provided on demand and must be returned with all pieces & stuff intact, so that you can play again next time (: Other things to note • Simhayana's Villa and Simhayana's 2.0 are twin villas that do not connect on the inside. They share a gated path to the patio, dividing them with one covered parking space each. They are booked separately and have no common amenities . • Simhayana's and Simhayana's 2.0 (twin villas with two bedrooms each). Guests can contact with us to rent both villas for large group . • There are No Air-conditioners in the Villas We kindly ask you to refrain from playing loud music in order to preserve the tranquility of the area. Additionally, smoking / Shiesha is not permitted inside the Villa. You are free to smoke outside or on the balcony, as you please. - Nearest medical store is 6-7 kms - Nearest liquor store is 1-2 kms - Nearest cafe is 1 km ( 19th Century - Fine dine & Bar ) - Nearest Excursion is Jharipani waterfall ( 3-4 kms trek Starting from the villa , avoid trekking in monsoons ) P.S - We have a fully equipped kitchen where you can self-cook or hire a cook (subject to availability). Cooking charges are paid directly to the cook, while groceries are paid directly by you. There is also a mess in the complex; they prepare fresh food according to your order (just need to order in advance). I will share the number if you would like to place an order. A newly opened bar and cafe, 19th century, is just a 5-minute walk from our cottage.
