El Peñon - Two Bedroom Apartment by the Peñon Park

Welcome to my lovely apartment in a very central location in Cali. Located in one of the best and most secure neighborhoods in Cali, El Peñon. The apartment is located in El Peñon, not in San Antonio (have gotten a few questions about this) You will truly enjoy your time in this neighborhood, as it's very walkable and a mix of residential and gastronomy. You can easily walk to nice restaurants, cafe's, bars, supermarkets. The Cali River is very close by. It's central location makes it ideal. The space 1 month minimum rental* You will really enjoy your stay in my place. It has all the comforts you are used to back home, like fast internet, smart tv in the living room and bedroom, hot water, washing machine, AC in the main bedroom and so much more. You will also have two dedicated work spaces that you can work from, with a lovely view of the Peñon park and the mountains. The apartment includes free weekly cleaning. Guest access The building is secure and accessed by key card which we will provide. The front door to the apartment has a smart door lock. We will give you the code so you can have seamless, keyless entry. Other things to note Please note that there is AC in the main bedroom, but not in any other space. In the living/ dining room and the second bedroom, there is a fan. There is secured covered parking in the building, so just let me know if you have a car, so I can leave you the gate key. - Once your booking is confirmed, I will need a photo of your passport/ID per the building guidelines.
