We hope you find rest here, in the heart of Amish country. *Discounts For Longer Stays* The space This beautiful federal/colonial style farmhouse has been updated to preserve the era in which it was built (with modern amenities of course). Enjoy being on a farm with the amenities of quality beds in three bedrooms, a fully stocked, eat-in kitchen for those who love to cook and entertain, dining room for up to 10, and two living rooms with Smart TVs. The wraparound porch and huge deck are a great place to relax, watch wildlife, drink coffee, and enjoy the farmland views. The home has quite a few beautiful, historic features, including two open, original fireplaces, built-in corner cabinets, an elegant wooden staircase, and an exposed stone wall in the kitchen. *please note- the indoor fireplaces are not functioning* The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, fridge, oven with a stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. You will also have pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for your use. We provide condiments, ground coffee, tea, and hot chocolate packets for you to enjoy, as well as basic spices and cooking oil. There are multiple rooms for everyone to relax in. The house has two living rooms, both equipped with smart TVs and access to our Hulu subscription that includes live TV. You will also have a DVD player, along with a good selection of DVDs to watch. On the second floor, there is a sitting area that is perfect for curling up with a good book beside the window. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, two with queen beds, and the master bedroom with a king bed. Each bedroom has a closet with extra blankets and pillows. The office/library room on the first floor has a pullout sofa, which could be used as a private bedroom for children or an extra person. There is a small bathroom on the first floor, and a large bathroom on the second floor with a double vanity, shower and jacuzzi tub. We provide towels and washcloths for you, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a washer and dryer available for use on the first floor. Other things to note The farm is back in a long lane off the road, with large yards and fields surrounding the home. We do have some sheep to the farm, which guests are welcome to interact with if they would like to! Because this is a real farm, you may see farm equipment in the fields at some point during your stay if you're here when it's time to harvest or plant the crops. No parties and events allowed.
