Casa Sunset - Amazing Ostuni view & two terraces

Charming apartment on several levels and located in a very central position, outside the ZTL but a few steps from the historic center of Ostuni, in an area equipped with all essential services. The accommodation has all the comforts to accommodate up to 4 people with great ease, having two bathrooms, a balcony and two terraces, furnished with a dining area and deck chairs, which offer a unique breathtaking view of the city and the sea, for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The space The 65 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift, with an independent entrance from the street, and is spread over several levels. We therefore point out the need to climb several flights of stairs. The internal space is divided as follows. On the first floor, after climbing a flight of stairs, we find: - Kitchenette equipped with two gas burners, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, little electric oven and microwave - Living area with dining table, TV and split AC - Sleeping area (separated from the living area by curtains) with double sofa bed, wardrobe, desk and TV - Toilet with shower box and wc with hand shower - Balcony equipped with table and chairs x2. On the second floor we find, separated by various steps: - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and split AC - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - First covered terrace, equipped with sink, table and chairs x4 - Second uncovered terrace overlooking the sea and the city, equipped with sofa and sunbeds. Additional facilities available for the guests: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Guest access The apartment is at guests' disposal! Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Ostuni Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
