The space 60 m² semi-detached HOUSE with 20 m² private terrace (the house is raised, there are steps to access it from the terrace). The cottage offers a relaxing setting with a private terrace, a large enclosed courtyard and a fenced plot. You will find shared spaces with the other gite for the garden and several covered picnic tables available in the courtyard. You have all the necessary outdoor equipment: chair, table and umbrella, as well as barbecue in the common courtyard.
