Beautiful resort style home

Beautiful home with a pool & cabana, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed, TV, pool view, build in robes, own main bathroom located on the 2nd level of the home. Home features a theatre, large kitchen, & 2 other lounge rooms. Host may or may not be home during guest stays. Strictly no smokers Loc 5 mins from the M1 motorway, 15 mins to beach, 5 mins to local shops, 400m walk from Warnervale station, quiet location. Please read my house rules before booking so requirements can be met 🙏🏻🫶🏻🩷 The space Bed upstairs with owners room and other rooms. No shoes to be worn in the house especially on carpet as my home is brand new. Thanks Guest access All areas of house except other bedrooms. During your stay Sometimes home, sometimes not. Can communicate in person via mobile or on inbox here. Other things to note I have a 10yo ginger cat called MJ. He comes in and out House when he pleases. He sleeps most of the day and night.
