The house with spectacular views to enjoy the Cantabrian Sea and the Basque coast, perfect for large families. Its coastal location and proximity to the capital of the region, Bilbao (just 30 minutes), have made Barrika one of the most sought after residential municipalities by the people of Bizkaia. Also, Barrika is home to some of the wildest cliffs and beaches of the Cantabrian coast, a real spectacle for the senses, a real luxury. The space Our modern house with spectacular views is divided into three floors. It is accessed through a motorized gate with pedestrian or vehicle opening by remote control. Upon entering, you can park a medium sized car inside the garage or up to 3 cars outside. On the main floor, there are the following rooms: - A large room with large windows facing the sea to enjoy the views as much as possible. * A large living room with its 2 areas of sofas to watch TV or relax. * A dining area with a large seating capacity. - A fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea, semi-open to the dining room with sliding door (the oven is not working, sorry for the inconvenience) - A toilet - A bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190, exclusively for children because of its size, and an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, which is accessed by stairs, you can find: - A bedroom with a double bed of 180x200, a bathroom ensuite, fitted closets and access to a large terrace. - A bedroom with a double bed of 180x200, a bathroom ensuite, a dressing room from which you can access the large terrace. - A bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190, exclusively for children because of its size, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and fitted closets. On the basement floor, there is a large empty room with a toilet. It can be used as a playroom for the children in case the storm on the Basque coast does not allow them to play outside. As you can see in the photos, we also have a private swimming pool accessible only in summer, with sun loungers. *In winter, there is no maintenance due to the storm on the coast so the pool can become green. For surfers, we have an outdoor shower that is always in operation. We have a 3D link to see better the house, do not hesitate to write us to have a look :) Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has 2 heating systems: - Underfloor heating on the main floor - Radiators in the bedrooms Both are regulated through a thermostat on each floor to turn on or off the heating with a temperature limited to 22 degrees. Please note that the temperature cannot be raised or lowered outside this range. There is no air conditioning because it is not usually necessary at any time of the year. The pool is only maintained during the summer and cannot be used the rest of the year. If you have any questions about it, do not hesitate to ask me :) Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
