Updated Lakefront Cabin with Boathouse

Only an hour away from the Twin Cities but has everything you need to get away and enjoy! Lake front cabin with a large yard to play, outdoor dining and seating, dock for boat parking, beach access to the water, hammocks and swing set. Boat house on the water with heating and cooling and an updated cabin with open floorplan allows for being together while cooking, eating or relaxing in the living room. The space The main cabin was remodeled on 2020. We are located less than one hour from downtown Minneapolis. Enjoy time on the lake or drive into Minneapolis and see a Twins game and everything else the city has to offer. Long Lake is a fully recreational, 390 acre lake that features a resort (Back to Captains). There is a public boat launch on the NE side of the lake. Guest access A recently updated, open floor plan allows all to enjoy and be together. An expandable kitchen island, breakfast bar and spacious dining table allows for easy entertaining and dining. The kitchen should have everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, crockpot, blender, pots & pans and serving dishes. We try to keep the basic kitchen spices, condiments and paper products stocked but ask if you use a little, leave a little for the next guests. The three season porch above the boat house is a favorite place to hang by most. It boasts the most incredible views of the lake (in our opinion!). One large living space that is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, reading a good book or watching for eagles soaring above. There are plenty of games, puzzles, cards and toys provided. Double lot allows ample room for bag toss, volleyball, water balloon fight or whatever you enjoy (not provided). Freestanding copper fire pit, Weber gas grill, hammock & hammock chair, paddle board, kayak, spider swing and swing set, water toys, lawn games and several chairs included to use. Often there are floaties and extra life jackets but supply varies. There is a sandy beach for playing and access to the water. A dock allows for boat parking and includes a bench for fishing or relaxing. DVD player in the main cabin and WIFI. The router extends to the boat house and guest cabin. Parking is limited to 4 cars and must be single file in the driveway (county requirements). Golf courses nearby: Purple Hawk in Cambridge, and The Ponds in St Francis. Bremer Jet ski & Watercraft Rental will deliver for a fee or you can pick up if trailer capable. They have a variety of pontoons, ski boats and jet skis available. Nearby towns have all the amenities you should need: St. Francis, Cambridge, Isanti, and Bradford to name a few towns.
