Come relax in our renovated 1930s cottage. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Willamina, a small town in the Willamette Valley. Centrally located for visiting the coast and wine country. Only 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain Casino, 25 minutes from McMinnville with lots of restaurants to choose from, 35 minutes from Carlton with more great restaurants and wineries and 40 min in the other direction from the Oregon coast. The space A warm, welcoming home. It has a large yard with lots of shade from the beautiful trees. Guest access You will have the house to yourself. You are also welcome to enjoy the deck and large yard. There is no access to the garage behind the house although the driveway is open to park in. Other things to note We have the usual yard maintenance so there may be times yard work and other maintenance will be happening outside the house. At times we have other improvements slowly continuing outside as well. We will try to give as much notice as possible.
