Guest access Guests have full access to all community amenities, including the pool, hot tub, basketball courts, tennis courts and BBQ facilities. Other things to note ⚠️ Important Building Construction Notice (April 15 – November 30, 2026) Please be advised that the condominium building will be undergoing balcony and walkway construction from April 15 through November 30, 2026. All work will occur in the building’s common areas and not inside the condo unit itself. However, construction activity may be visible and/or audible at times during your stay. The pool will be closed for the duration of this construction period (April 15 – November 30, 2026). The association is still finalizing the detailed construction schedule; therefore, specific daily work hours and anticipated noise levels have not yet been determined. We appreciate your understanding as the association completes these necessary property improvements. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. We provide a small supply of disposable household necessities for your stay. -Shampoo -Conditioner -Body lotion - Bar of soap - 2 dishwasher pod (detergent) - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 Toilet paper HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
