Located a 3-minute walk from Praia do Bessa, our apartment features a modern and cozy atmosphere, close to a variety of amenities such as a gas station, bakery, restaurants, fitness center, supermarkets and pharmacies. The space You will have access to a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, stove and utensils for preparing meals. The master bedroom has a double bed, work area and closet. The guest room has two single beds, all rooms are air-conditioned, have high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dining table, sofa and balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soap, shampoo and hot water. Guest access Guests will have access to the gym, coworking, laundry, swimming pool with a beautiful ocean view. In addition, private parking is available for those arriving by car. The building has a 24-hour entrance and two social elevators. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor, with elevator access, glass curtain on the balcony and no protective screens on the windows. Other things to note All rooms in the building are available except the barbecue grill. Use of the laundry requires scheduling, and has an additional cost.
