"Azur Blue" Villa - Rural Peace with private pool

This entirely self contained guest wing provides a perfect place to relax calmly by the pool and to visit the region. Located last in a cul de sac with no other houses in sight the guest wing is surrounded only by trees and the large mediterranean garden is filled with birdsong accompanied by the chatter of red squirrels. At dusk the adjoining woods are visited by wild boar, foxes and badgers. Grasse at 6km, Cannes, Beaches, Lac St Cassien, Nice, St Tropez and Monaco are all within easy reach. The space Check In and Check Out offered on Saturdays only. The kitchen and living room are open plan with ample seating and a dining area. Double patio doors open to the shady outside terrace with table, chairs and bbq for eating outside with a view of the pool and surrounding gardens and trees. The first bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers with patio doors opening to the outside terraces. The second bedroom has twin beds, a cupboard and hanging rail for clothes. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the pool and surrounding gardens. The owners live at the other end of the property with their own terrace and outside space which isn't visible from the guest wing. Other things to note The pool is secured with an alarm, instructions are available in the living room. We provide all linens and towels and all basic necessities for the kitchen. We also provide sunbed mattresses, pool towels and parasols for our guests.
