Guests can use a large shaded terrace with tables for eating and a barbecue. The property also has satellite TV, wifi, normal TV, air conditioning on every floor, a baby bed and a highchair. The space Outdoors and swimming pool The property is situated in the medieval hamlet of Bibbona, right next to the main square, and has been owned by the same family for six generations, who have maintained the memory of its past. Guests will find two gardens, one of which is accessible from the living room, the kitchen and from a side entrance in front of a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills; the other surrounds the above ground swimming pool, 7. 36m x 3. 66m and 1. 2m deep, and is surrounded by ancient walls, where you can relax in the shade of the cedar of Lebanon, complete with sunbeds and an outdoor shower with hot water. The outdoor areas are all well-kept and looked after. There is no parking within the property, but guests can unload their luggage in the nearby square and then use the nearby car park, from which a small staircase leads up to the house. Interior The property has been recently restored by the owners, who have maintained the house’s traditional charm and original furniture. The electrical and water works have been installed recently. The ground floor features a large entrance, with two double bedrooms on the right, each with its own private bathroom with shower; from here, a steep indoor staircase leads down to the lower floor with a large living room with sofas and satellite TV, a dining room with direct access to the well-equipped kitchen, and two small bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor leads up to the first floor, which overlooks one of the two gardens, with a great view of the splendid hills between Bibbona and Casale Marittimo. Here, guests will find four double bedrooms, with beds with wrought iron headboards, and late 19th Century furniture. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower, with mosaic tiles or Carrara marble. One of these rooms has a bathroom which is accessible via a small stone staircase (8 steps). Location Dimora Etrusca is in the main square of the centre of Bibbona, a typical medieval hamlet with narrow alleys, stairs and arches which remind us of past times. The hamlet is a few kilometres from the sea, immersed in countryside with breathtaking views towards the coast, making it the perfect location for nature lovers. Bibbona is also the perfect starting point to visit and discover the best that Tuscany has to offer: the sea, rivers, hills, cities, hamlets…a trip in time through picturesque locations and great food. Those looking to relax and enjoy nature will love it! Facilities Dimora Etrusca has wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, a baby bed, a highchair and parking nearby. Services The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, electricity (air conditioning not included), gas (heating not included), high chair and baby bed, plus two electric bikes. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: extra hired help. Important information The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. The house is not suitable for children. Access to the property via a steep, narrow alley. Guests can temporarily stop their car in the square to unload their baggage. The swimming pool is shaded by two beautiful ancient trees, and therefore requires cleaning twice a day (each cleaning takes 2 hours). The times of the pool cleaning can be agreed with the owners.
