The backyard is made for entertaining with a full size pool, hot tub, pergola, and outdoor furnishings. The house is conveniently located only 30 miles from SpaceX and South Padre Island! Guest access The entire house is yours during your reservation, including the backyard with private pool. Other things to note Note: the pool heater and hot tub are available for use for an additional fee of $50 a day and if used will be billed for the entirety of your stay (i.e we will not only bill you for 1 day of use). Additionally, the hot tub is not available for use in the summer months due to the following: 1) For Your Safety - There is no temperature sensor that can detect unsafe water temperatures of 108F+. With the ambient temperature reaching up to 100F in the summer, the hot tub temperature can quickly become inadvertently unsafe. 2) For Your Comfort - The hot tub has a waterfall into the pool. If you turn on the hot tub, it will eventually heat the entire pool and the pool will no longer be a refreshing experience for you during the summer.
