To keep the air conditioning on, it is necessary to lock the lock by inside, because only then will the economizer be deactivated. Our team performs the service according to the daily schedule, even in the absence of the customer on site. • Enxoval Exchange: The linen will be changed after seven nights, with a cost included in the reservation, the time will be scheduled by the team. If there is a need for early exchange, an additional fee will be charged, upon scheduling with Movinn. The washing of the linen by the guest is not allowed, as the parts require specific care in professional laundries, in case of non-compliance, the full amount of the kit will be charged. • Smoking Prohibition: It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the apartments, non-compliance with this rule will result in the application of a fine, in the full amount of the security deposit. • Power Generators: The project has generators for the common areas, elevators and emergency lighting on the escape routes, ensuring safety in the event of a power outage. • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3pm and check-out must be carried out by 11am, if the time is exceeded, a fine will be charged. • Use of Common Areas: It is not allowed to walk without a shirt in the common areas of the enterprise, under penalty of a fine. • Post Check-out Inspection: After the check-out, an inspection of the apartments will be carried out, if any damage is identified, a corresponding fine will be charged. • Lost Items: Items forgotten in the apartment will be stored for 30 days in our Found and Lost sector, after that, they will be discarded or donated to a partner institution.
