Description
Built in the early 1900s and completely renovated in 2021, our light-filled home features open plan living and a brand new kitchen any chef will love. Its central location in Maple City makes for easy access to all of our favorite spots in Leelanau County. Our Leelanau County guidebook is -- if I do say so myself -- an excellent resource, but please feel free to reach out to us if you need any additional recommendations! The space The home features a modern-industrial design and was a joint collaboration between the members of the artistic Staley/Gretzinger clan. Together, we oversaw the complete renovation of the home and have thoughtfully placed various pieces of art throughout the space, each with its own uniqueness and meaning. Overview of the space: -Main floor: living/entertainment room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, mudroom -Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, full bathroom -Exterior: front yard + porch, backyard + porch + fire pit + utility shed, 2-car driveway Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces inside and outside of the home during their stay; the exception is the unfinished basement, which is behind a locked door. Other things to note The home is in the center of the village of Maple City. It sits directly next to the only restaurant in town, Pegtown Station, so there is some generally light traffic out front of the house.
