The charm of the typical stone buildings of the Périgord in its green setting thanks to two large wooded parks on each side of the house. Very well located, this house is close to many charming villages and places of interest, while being away from the crowds that can quickly saturate the region in places. The space Completely restored, it is located in the tourist region of Périgord: the Pays des Bastides (A stone's throw away from the famous markets of VILLEREAL, ISSIGEAC, etc.). The area is still reasonably busy in summer, which will also allow you to rest. Regions such as SARLAT or MONTIGNAC are crowded in summer, you can appreciate the proximity of these places and the calm when you return. Possibility to park 2 cars in front of the house. Another asset of the house, its stone walls that will ensure you a cool house inside even in the middle of summer. Finally, our wooded parks are a peaceful oasis, where many birds sing (you may even have the chance to see 3 beautiful, very playful squirrels). Pets are allowed, we just ask that you ensure that they do not damage the furniture. Outside, two garden lounges (one in each park), a barbecue, a ping pong table, a very large wooded park and a completely fenced one (which will certainly secure your animals), a children's play frame. The pool is protected, 11 x 5.5 m, without chlorine (it is salt) with sun loungers, parasols and solar shower without overlooking. It is fully fenced to safety standards. At 1800 meters you will find all the necessary shops (a supermarket, restaurants, doctors' office, a pharmacy, a post office, a tourist office, an ATM) and a pretty heart of the bastide with many shops, artisans... As for the house, its area is about 105 m2. In total, there are 2 bedrooms, a large open living room/kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet that you will have. Many board games are available in the house, which will make your family vacation even more enjoyable :) There is wifi throughout the house, enough to stay connected even on vacation! All sheets are provided except Flat Sheets and Fitted Sheets (available on request, at an extra cost). We also equipped ourselves with a complete barbecue! Finally, we surrounded the already fenced park with a very charming stone wall with a nice wrought iron fence to make the area safe for your animals with even more character. And about us: Some of us are beekeepers, others are pastry chefs, and we will enjoy exchanging honey or treats if you feel like it :)
