The apartment is in a townhouse from the early 1900s. It has a pleasant garden and parking for motorcycles and small cars. The apartment is perfect for those who want to visit Bologna and its surroundings and for people who have to stay in Bologna for work or study. The space The apartment is accessed via a private staircase on the second floor without an elevator. It has been recently renovated and consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room with air conditioning, a night hallway, a bedroom with a ceiling fan and a bathroom. All windows are double glazed and equipped with mosquito nets. If you wish, there is the possibility (upon request) to sleep in separate beds. On the ground floor, there is the garden of exclusive use of the apartment furnished with armchairs and a coffee table (the garden furniture is available from March 15 to October 31). One minute from the apartment is the bus stop that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes, to San Ruffillo station in 6 minutes and to the Villa Toniolo nursing home in 8 minutes. For those who use the car, the Fiera District and the major hospitals of Bologna can be reached in a short time. Motorcycles and small cars (maximum size 3.8 m x 1.7 m) can be parked in the covered and hail-protected parking space on the property. Medium/large cars can be parked for free in the surrounding streets Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves, excluding the attic area. Other things to note Near the apartment there is a train line, but the apartment is equipped with double glazing that brings down any noise. At the time of check-in, the identity documents of each guest will be requested to be communicated to the public security authorities, as per current legislation. and the stipulation of a tourist rental contract is required, which will be sent in advance, for review, at the time of booking confirmation. Air conditioning and heating on and off are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). - Summer: the average air temperatures must not be lower than 24°C for all types of buildings. - Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures should not exceed 21°C.
