Just a quick 6 mile drive to Granbury's Historic Square where you'll find live music, boutiques, & great dining. This is the one you've been looking for! The space Living Room - Bright and open space with two recliners and a reclining loveseat Master Bedroom - King bed and couch. Sleeps 2 Master Bathroom - Dual sinks and soaking tub Loft Bedroom - Only accessible by steep attic stairs. One queen and one full bed. Sleeps 4 Guest Bathroom - Beautifully tiled bathroom with a shower Back Patio - Outdoor dining and seating Back Yard - Boat Dock and grassy yard Driveway - Concrete driveway with ample parking for boat and jet skis Guest access You have access to the entire home and dock. Other things to note Guests are responsible for their own safety while on premises. This home may not be suitable for children. We are located directly on the water with no fencing in place. The loft is only accessible by attic stairs, so we do not allow children in the loft for their safety. If guests do bring children, you are responsible for their safety, as well as your own while on the property and using the amenities and stairs throughout. The dock is available for guest use, but please note that the water can get choppy in this area. We ask that you tie up to the outside of the dock instead of pulling into the slip for this reason. It is not big or sturdy enough for larger boats on busy lake days. You are responsible for your boat, and any damage to the dock that may occur from your boat not being properly secured/bumpered in choppy water. Please report any damage right away.
