The space Flint Cottage is an exceptional coastal home, completely re-imagined and extended by the current owners to create a spacious and luxurious hideaway for up to ten guests. Perfectly proportioned and arranged in a single storey L-shape, the open plan living, dining and kitchen dominates one side. This beautiful room has a wonderful sense of space with the vaulted ceiling and stunning solid oak truss exposed. The beautiful fitted kitchen has a central island with bar stools, so your fellow guests can chat and enjoy a glass whilst you prepare a light lunch and the bi-fold doors open to the full width of the kitchen to the dining patio beyond with a table and seating for ten for when the weather is fine. For more inclement days there is stylish dining table and seating for ten and a lovely seating area with two sofas and further French doors out to the garden; so you can relax with the paper or a book whilst others bustle around in the kitchen. For when quieter moments are needed, or when that important television programme or match beckons there is a stylish TV snug, with comfy sofas, to escape to. There is a large utility / boot room with its own shower room accessed directly from outside through a side door, to shed coats, shoes and sandy things. Mind you, there is no need to be sandy when you come in because there are two fabulous outdoor showers just outside the door! Just in case work beckons when you are on holiday, there is a fantastic home office space, with a desk and chair, private and quiet, to get those emails out of the way before you head back to the fun. The five bedrooms are super flexible to accommodate guests of all ages. The principal bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, French doors out to the garden and a funky en suite featuring a freestanding bath, walk in shower enclosure, WC and wash hand basin. If you happen to be in Bedroom Two, it's a close second, with a king size bed and lovely en suite shower room. There is a further king size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a cute bunk room for little ones, alongside a lovely family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and fun blue star theme. PLEASE NOTE: The bunk bed room is suitable for children only, therefore Flint Cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults. Outside Approached from the quiet road, there is a large driveway with parking for several cars, a super handy EV charging point (extra charge for use) and even plenty of space to park your boat (if you are bringing one along). To the rear is a stunning enclosed garden with large patio area, offering several spots to relax in the sun, a lawn and lovely countryside views to the rear to encourage that feeling of space and escapism to relax on holiday. There are two super cool outside showers to the side of Flint Cottage, so you can rinse off sandy toes, bodies and doggies before heading back into the house. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole cottage and outside areas Other things to note There is an Electric Vehicle Charging Point at the property but this must be booked in advance with an extra charge of £75 per booking.
