The primary bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom for privacy. The second bedroom has a shared bathroom for guests. Each bedroom has A/C and also the living room. The Villa is Solar powered with backup batteries, has a 400 gallon Water tank, gas stove and parking at the Villa. There is also additional heating source when the sunlight energy is not strong. There are security lights around the house, lit up driveway and garden lights in front and backyard. Smart TV's throughout the unit for your streaming ease - TV in each bedroom and living room. HDMI1 for streaming and HDMI2 for local stations. Alexa capability inside the unit. Guest access During your stay you will have full access to the entire home and backyard. Gazebo with lights in backyard, for your relaxation, also well maintained lawn and garden with garden lights in front and backyard. On site amenities include; Two pools, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, soccer field and table tennis. Other things to note This Villa is located between the two major hot spot resorts of Negril and Montego Bay. Across the street from The Grand Palladium Resort which offers day passes for purchase to take advantage of the amenities offered by the hotel. For those who crave adventure and unique experiences during vacation, Dolphin Cove is located just a short driving distance from the Villa where you can swim with Dolphins. For thrill seekers Chukka Caribbean Adventures is also located just a short drive away where you can zip-line through the jungle, ride ATV's and ride horses through the shores of the Ocean. There is a small grocery store in the community, located by the Club house and Pool area. Also in this area is The Pointe Deli - food shop where you can get daily meals.
