Two-storey house with garden and parking space

The cottage, within the Villaggio Danubio, is perfect for families and those who want to spend a holiday in a quiet and relaxed environment. The Village has 3 swimming pools, one of which has a whirlpool and one suitable for small children. The presence of the beach, just a 15 minutes' walk away, allows you to enjoy the sea and the Bibione Thermae, as well as the town centre and summer entertainment activities. The space The cottage is located in a quiet complex of other similar types of cottages, in front of the cottage there is a small fenced garden with a reserved parking space. The external patio, in front of the entrance, is furnished with table and chairs, in a corner of the garden there is a convenient washbasin. The entrance door opens onto the living area furnished as follows: a sofa bed, with an additional bed, a large dining table, a showcase for crockery and a TV cabinet. In the living room there is a wall unit with refrigerator, dishwasher and top-loading washing machine. The kitchen has a sink with two bowls, storage units and an induction hob. Next to the kitchen is a further small room with a single bed. On the upper floor, accessed via the staircase, there is the double bedroom with a small terrace and a single bedroom with two separate beds, the bathroom with all sanitary facilities and a large shower. Both the ground floor and the first floor have air conditioning, and the domestic water is heated by the boiler in the bathroom. Guest access The cottage is at the complete disposal of guests. There is an uncovered, gated parking space in front of the cottage. It is however possible to park outside the village in the street in front of the house. The village is completely fenced off and access is permitted only with a special key. Access to the swimming pools is permitted during the hours displayed at the entrance. Other things to note You will be required to pay the tourist tax, it is € 0.75 per day for each guest. When checking in, you will be asked to sign a contract for your stay.
