House with lake plot, private jetty and pool (May 1 - Sept. 30)

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake lot, private pool and own dock. A short walk from the house, the nature reserve is the winter forest with a lighted exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an oblong lake that in the summer invites to swimming, fishing or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can take some periods for a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshed bath in an ice weak. The space The house is open plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area. Perfect for a gourmet dinner or just a cozy hangout in front of the fireplace in the living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor. One has a 180x200 cm bed and its own luxurious bathroom. The second bedroom is a little smaller with a 140x200 cm bed with direct connection to the pool area. There's also another bathroom on this level as well. Of course, the beds are made upon your arrival. If you need to do laundry, there is also a fully equipped laundry room on the lower floor. On the upper floor there are 2 large bedrooms with beds of 160x200 cm and with room for a cot. There's also a spacious bathroom and a living room with TV. The house has a cozy terrace with sunbeds, dining group and its own private pool that is heated May 1 - September 30. You'll also have access to bikes, paddleboards and rowing boat with electric motor. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire villa, private pool area , beach and jetty, as well as two parking spaces. Other things to note If you have access to a car, it takes about 30 minutes to go into Stockholm City. If you prefer to go by public transport, there is an entrance parking for your car at Tumba station which is free. The train takes about 25 minutes to Stockholm city center. If you do not have access to a car, there is a bus stop about 500 meters from the house that takes you to Tumba station and then train to Stockholm. If you arrive by plane to Arlanda , Stockholm, there is the possibility to take a train directly from Arlanda to Tumba. Travel time is about 1 hour. Rules: 1. The pool is heated May 1 - September 30. 2. We like animals but due to allergies, it is not allowed to bring them. 3. It is not allowed to throw parties or other events. If you want guests to visit during the day, please inform us first. 4. Smoking is not allowed inside.
