House with lake plot, private jetty and pool (May 1 - Sept. 30)

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole. The space The house has an open floor plan with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. Perfect for a gourmet dinner or just a cozy get-together in front of the fireplace in the living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower floor. One has a 180x200 cm bed and its own luxurious bathroom. The second bedroom is a little smaller with a 140x200 cm bed with direct access to the pool area. There is also another bathroom on this floor. Of course, the beds are made upon your arrival. If you need to do laundry, there is also a fully equipped laundry room on the lower floor. On the upper floor, there are 2 large bedrooms with beds of 160x200 cm and with room for a child's bed. There is also a spacious bathroom and a living room with TV. The house has a cozy balcony with sun loungers, dining area and private pool that is heated May 1-September 30. You'll even have access to bicycles, paddleboards and a rowboat with an electric motor. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire villa, private pool area, beach and jetty, as well as two parking spaces. Other things to note If you have access to a car, it takes about 30 minutes to go into Stockholm City. If you prefer to travel by public transport, there is a free entrance parking for your car at Tumba station. The train takes about 25 minutes to Stockholm city center. If you do not have access to a car, there is a bus stop about 500 meters from the house that will take you to Tumba station and then train to Stockholm. If you arrive by plane to Arlanda, Stockholm, there is a possibility to take a train directly from Arlanda to Tumba. Travel time is about 1 hour. Rules: 1. The pool is heated May 1-September 30. 2. We like animals but due to allergies, they are not allowed. 3. It is not allowed to organize parties or other events. If you want to have guests visiting during the day, please inform us first. 4.
