The space The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer). Maximum 1 person allowed only. Common spaces shared with other guests. Guest access This spacious private room includes: a private 3 piece ensuite, walk in closet, work space which include a desk, chair and desk lamp. Your private bedroom comes complete with: bed, linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels. We also provide a 32 inch smart tv and enjoy unlimited high speed internet with the top internet provider. Other things to note We ask all of our guests to: - DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE - keep noise levels to a minimum after 9 pm - wash plates and utensils after use - please place trash and recycling in the bins located outside the house
