Boyne City is 7 miles away and Petoskey is 15, both with many great restaurants, stores, etc. Perfect spot for a family and friend getaway. The space Both bedrooms on main level have double beds. Loft area has three double beds and bedroom off loft has a double bed and two single beds. Pull out couch in living room as well. Other things to note HOT TUB: As advertised on our website, some of our individual units have an onsite hot tub for use by the registered guests. Despite our routine maintenance and upkeep of these hot tubs, occasionally situations occur outside of our control that may cause the hot tub to be unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the use of the hot tub nor will there be any refunds/accommodations made if the hot tub is unable to be used.
