There are 3 bedrooms, 4 full baths and an office/bedroom on the 1st floor with stunning views of the river. A large laundry room and kitchen makes this a very livable place. Opportunities for al fresco dining are available on the upper decks and picnic table in the backyard. Ten minutes from all Jacksonville dining & shopping. The space All four bedroom areas, which includes the private office/bedroom on the first deck are spacious with plenty of closet space. The children's bunk room is equipped with toys and has a pack n play and high chair. Guest access Guests have full access to the 3 story home, less 3 locked owners storage closets, garage and two small cabinets over the stove and refrigerator. The docked boat is a restricted area, but guests can use the dock and gazebo. We have Adirondack chairs on the gazebo for use on the dock. Extra sling chairs are on the back porch. Other things to note We ask that guests not enter the water on the property due to Martine hazards (alligators) and uncertain bottom hazards.
