While you're away from home, we'd be happy to have you stay in our studio. We are located at Silk Sky Residence. Our studio is next to SILK Highway. It is conveniently located near Kajang, Cheras, Seri Kembangan, and Kuala Lumpur, making it easily accessible for guests. The space Our home is SOHO type, a combination of bedroom and living space in a 500 sqft apartment that is brand-new, cosy, and clean. To help you settle in and feel right at home, we outfitted the space with quality furnishings. It comes equipped with the following: -    Comfortable queen bed. -    Couch bed. -    40" TV - High Speed WIFI Internet -    One air-cond -     A dining table with room for four -     Iron & Ironing board -     Hair Dryer The apartment offers sufficient space to accommodate up to three visitors, with two guests having the option to sleep in the bedroom and the remaining guest having the option to sleep on the floor mattress or on the couch bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with: -    Induction cooker + hood -    2 Door refrigerator -    Oven/microwave -    Electric Kettle -    Basic plates, bowls, cup, spoon & fork. -    Basic cooking utensils A washing machine is available in the apartment; however, the drying area is limited. A foldable stainless steel drying rack is provided.  A private and large bathroom is equipped with a water heater for your convenience. During your stay, you will have access to 1 parking space. Guest access Guest have access to whole apartment. Access to following facilities and common area: @ Level 10: - Infinity Pool - Wading Pool - Kid playground - Common area - Gym Room - Sauna - Steam Room Other things to note It is against the rules to smoke, vape, have pets, or leave trash in the house, lift, or building compound, and violators will be fined RM200. The release of a car clamped for illegal parking and driving costs RM100. Only one free parking lot provided. If you require visitor parking, you will need to register with the security guard, who will give u a visitor pass and parking no. Please take note that parking in front of the building (in the shop lot area) is only permitted until 11 o'clock at night; if you park there after that time, your vehicle will be clamped. *Early check in is depend on availability. We could only advise one night before your date of stay. Kindly make an inquiry again one night before your stay.* *If previous guests checked out on time at 12 p.m.,the earliest check-in time can be at 3 p.m. Kindly remind us again about your early check-in*
