The space This private two-bedroom apartment sits on the lower level of a four-floor villa and includes two bedrooms with a/c, one large bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area surrounded by trees. One level below is your private pool deck with loungers, outdoor shower, and second bathroom. The jacuzzi is optional. All guest areas are fully separate from the host’s residence on the upper floors. Guest access Guests have private entry to the apartment a half-flight down and full exclusive access to the pool and jacuzzi deck below, including the outdoor kitchen, loungers, dining space, and outdoor bathroom. Designed for privacy and comfort. Reach West Bay by driving around the hill or by walking the scenic sloped path and 132 steps to the beachfront and resort area. Other things to note The jacuzzi can be prepared on request. To ensure cleanliness, it is cleaned and sanitized for each guest group. This service has a preparation fee: $35 (1 night), $40 (2 nights), or $50 (3+ nights - actual cost). Please let us know in advance if you’d like to enjoy it. The outdoor areas are open to nature, so leaves and small island wildlife may appear. The walk to West Bay Beach includes a sloped path and 132 steps; use a phone flashlight when returning at night.
