The space The cottage is 700 sf with full kitchen and bathroom with a tub/shower. 2 dining areas and bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Guest access Guest will have access to the cottage front and backyard area. Parking is in front of the cottage. Other things to note Only one vehicle is allowed and Parking is in front of the cottage. This is a non smoking/vaping property. No pets allowed. No candles please.
