Welcome to our cozy apartment located in a quiet area between the Eixample Dreta and Gràcia neighborhoods. It has all the comforts for you to enjoy your stay: air conditioning and parquet floors and being a 4th floor high it has a lot of light and joy. It consists of a double room and one with two single beds. The bathroom with shower is newly renovated. You have all the essentials to make you feel at home during your stay Welcome to Barcelona! The space The apartment is very bright with a balcony wich is lead by two double bedrooms one with a queen size bed, the other with two individual beds that are at the same level (one hets hidden underneath when not used so you don’t actually see it in the photos) The bathroom has been recently refurbished (june 2023) to make your stay even more comfortable and is equipped with a large shower with rain effect. In the kitchen you will find everything to cook during your stay. It is equiped with air conditioning for the hottest summer days and parket floors. The ceiling in the living reflects the history of the building with the typical "bovedilla catalana" (catalan vault) an architectural ceiling very common in modernism. Come and live the history of Barcelona! Guest access The apartment is only for your comfort and use, all the areas are for you only. Other things to note The apartment is very well equipped and has with top-notch appliances: , dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, hair dryer, 42" Smart TV , toaster, boiler, juicer, even soap, shampoo and conditioner to make you feel at home and so that you don't have to carry it in your luggage. At your arrival you will have to show your passports or ID cards in the case of UE citizens of all the guests. It is a legal requirement so that we have to inform to the local authorities of your stay in our home. At your arrival, the tourist tax has to be payed. This is a tax the +16 years old have to pay in the city of Barcelona per night of stay at a rate of 5 euros per night the first 7 nights of stay.
