There are 1 king bed. There is also a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and toilet inside. ☆ 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds. ☆ Living room there is 1 big sofa. ☆ Kitchen room there are basic kitchenware and basic tableware. ☆ There are dining table with 7 chairs. ☆ Laundry room there are washing machine and dryer machine. ◎ 2nd apartment there are 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. ☆ 3rd bedroom there are 4 single beds. ☆ 4th bedroom there are 2 single beds and 1 single sofa bed. ☆ 5th bedroom there are 2 single beds. ※ 4th bedroom and 5th bedroom is connect room. ☆ Living room there is 2 single sofa bed. ☆ Kitchen room there are basic kitchenware and basic tableware. ☆ Laundry room there are washing machine and dryer machine. Please check in after 3 PM only. ＊If you arrived at Sapporo earlier than 3 PM, please leave your luggages in coin lockers around train stations and subway stations such as Sapporo Station. 2. Please check out before 11 AM. You can not leave your luggages after check out. If you left luggages after check out, you might get an extra charge since it will make the cleaning staffs work in difficulty. 3. Please check the number of guests before completing your reservation or after 24 hours before your check-in time (15:00 pm. of the day before your check-in date). For breakfast we provide only 1 box of flour to use with bread maker and instant coffee. If you run out of this flour, please buy the another by yourself. 4. This apartment is managed under the permission of Japanese government. It is an accommodation run officially. According to Japanese law, we need to ask all of our guests to submit a registration form. 5. If you would like to throw away large items such as old suitcases, please inform us in advance since it is not free of charge. 6. Our cleaning staff will take care of your garbages after you check out. So please DO NOT take out any of your garbages outside the room, and DO NOT leave them on the balcony/veranda. Please tie up all your garbage bags for easy disposal. Long-stay guests who wish to remove the garbages from the apartment can message us and we will help you with garbage disposal. If the trash is full, please inform us only. You cannot take it to outside the house. If you take garbage outside, you will be charged by the local government. 7. In winter time (from November to March), we recommend you to buy special steel bites for your shoes to prevent from slipping on icy roads. They really help! You can buy them at Lawson in New Chitose Airport or most convenience stores in town. Roads get very icy and slippery in snowy Hokkaido, so please be aware and prepared! 8. It is prohibited to smoke inside the house. If our cleaning staff can notice there is cigaret smell inside the house, guest might get extra charge for clean the house and remove the smell from the house. 9. If the property in the room are lost or damaged, as well as soiled bed sheets and beds, compensation shall be made according to the price. 10. Everything in the room can only be used here and cannot be taken away. 11. When being nearby the building, take care not to disturb the neighbours. Please don't make loud noises, no partying or any other type of loud behavior. - Quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM. 12. Keep clean when staying inside the apartment or building. 13. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house and lock the door. 14. Please do not visit the neighbouring apartments or houses. 15. Please understand there are no concierge services, daily cleaning, room service, etc as there is in hotels. 17. Please have consideration towards the house and The neighbours as if they were your own. 18. If you extend your reservation on the morning of your check-out date, you will have to pay the cleaning cancellation fee. Because we may have to pay cancellations fee because our cleaners may already be on their way to the apartment. If you want to extend your stay, please advise us at least 48 hours before your check-out. 19. The parking lots on our premise is limited. If you need to park, please contact us before completing the reservation since we need to reserve the parking lot for you on advance. If you did not get the confirmation about parking from our staffs or drive to our place without informing us, you might need to park your car at paid parking nearby. We cannot be responsible about it. 20. When you turn off the power, the water heater will automatically turn off. In that case, please check the water heater in the bathroom. Check the water heater panel to see if it is on. If the water heater is off, please turn it on. Wait a while and try hot water again. Please note that it is very cold in Sapporo in winter and it may take a long time for the water heater to boil hot water. Also, if the temperature setting is too high, the water heater will error and no hot water will come out, so do not set it above 40-45 degrees. - The water heater uses the gas use function to heat water, so the water heater may error [display an error code].
