Welcome to Medellin! Here, you’ll find a cozy house with a garden, terrace & rooftop – a perfect place to enjoy yourself. The house is located in the popular neighborhood of El Poblado, one of the city’s safest areas, just 5 min by taxi from the vibrant Parque Lleras with its many bars, clubs & restaurants. We look forward to hosting you! The space Step inside and feel right at home. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy seating areas, and several quiet corners to work or relax. The house spreads across three floors and offers six bedrooms and five bathrooms – perfect for families or groups who value privacy and space. The two large living rooms invite you to unwind, while two fully equipped kitchens give you the freedom to cook your favorite meals and enjoy them in one of the many dining areas – on the balcony, at the bar, or on the spacious rooftop terrace with a stunning view over Medellín and the surrounding mountains. When you need a break, enjoy the garden, feel the sun on your skin, and listen to the birds. Ready to explore? The Parque Lleras is full of life, music, restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops – just a 12-minute walk away. A perfect place to experience Medellín’s energy up close and then return to your peaceful home. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy exclusively. It spans three floors: the ground floor is flat and easily accessible without stairs, while the lower and upper floors are connected by a staircase. The house is located in a lively, typically Colombian neighborhood – a place where you can experience Paisa culture up close and connect with the friendly local community. Many families live on the street, and neighbors know and greet each other warmly. Here, you’ll feel the authentic spirit of Medellín – friendly, genuine, and full of local warmth. Other things to note We don’t have private parking, but there are several safe and easily accessible parking options nearby — for example, just one street away in front of the minimarket. The neighborhood consists of typical houses that have been part of El Poblado for many years. It’s not a gated community, but rather an authentic local area where you can experience the real Medellín lifestyle. Registration Details 107455
