We are always happy to accommodate special requests. Guest access The guests will have the Apartment to themselves. Other facilities like Gym, Cinema and Pool will be shared with other residents. Other things to note THE CEIL aims to provide a safe and comforting stay for all its guests, without any bias or discrimination. To ensure that, we have set certain guidelines we expect all our guests to follow, kindly go through them before you book your stay with us. A. We do NOT take bookings outside of Airbnb, please don’t bother asking. B. To ensure our guests' security, it is mandatory for the guest to present a picture (front and back) of their National ID card at the time of booking. C. Loud music and partying are strictly prohibited, unless of course it is pre planned with the Ceil management. D. Smoking is not allowed indoors, you can smoke in the Balcony. E. Guests are not allowed to relocate the furniture. F. Possession of anything illegal declared by the government of Pakistan is forbidden. G. Guest visitors are permitted only upon prior intimation and consent of the host provided visitor ID details are shared well in advance. Visitors are not allowed to stay on the property after 9.00 pm. H. The condo is guarded by the Mall security staff and 24/7 CCTV surveillance (NOT inside the Condo), to ensure your safety and security at all times. We also have special arrangements with a leading security firm for responding to any extra-ordinary security breach/emergency. I. Florence by THE CEIL is NOT a commercial hotel.
