Vittorio's Cottage

A small, all-new apartment in the charming atmosphere of an ancient village, a 25-minute drive from Lucca. The space Vittorio's house is a small two-room apartment completely renovated in 2022. The apartment measures 30 square meters and is composed as follows: kitchen/living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, a small terrace that offers a spectacular view of the valley and beautiful sunsets over the green hills. The double bedroom is on the upper floor, with a 170x195 bed, bridge wardrobe and window overlooking the surrounding countryside; adjacent to the room is the bathroom, small but equipped with a large shower, with hand shower and shower head; the living area has a sofa bed, kitchen, TV and table with four chairs; the systems are all new and up to code, the furnishings are also new. Guest access You will have the house at your complete disposal throughout your stay, upon arrival we will give you the keys. Other things to note The road to Gioviano is a typical mountain road, with curves and bends for about 2 km. From the parking lot you walk for a short uphill stretch, while for those traveling by motorcycle, the road is accessible to the accommodation, where you can park in front of the house. The apartment has an internal staircase to climb into the bedroom and bathroom, clearly visible in the photos. There are no shops in the village, but at the foot of the hill you will find a well-stocked bar/pub that prepares snacks, quick lunches, bread, pizza, and ready-to-go takeaway food. That's why I'll be asking each of them for a government-issued ID upon arrival to register. There is a municipal tax for your stay. This is a legal obligation, it is not an optional payment, you will be issued a receipt. For the Municipality of Borgo a Mozzano, the tax is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of five nights.
