The space The accommodation is completely private and exclusive for guests, with independent access and just a 5-minute walk from a shopping center. The accommodation includes: - 1 bedroom for 2 people (main room) - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) - 1 terrace (located at the entrance, forming the front part of the house and facing the street) There is NO dining room. There is a large foldable table in the bedroom (main room). Guest access There are no shared areas; the entire accommodation will be just for you and includes the following amenities: - 150x200 cm bed (pocket springs and memory foam). Includes all bed linens. - Induction cooktop (3500W) - Refrigerator (93-liter capacity with ice compartment) - Microwave (with grill function) - Dining utensils (plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cutting board, etc.) - Cooking utensils (paella pans and saucepans) - Coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) - 55" UHD 4K TV (HDMI cable and Chromecast provided) - Ceiling fan, (we also have standing fan available). - Indoor table (60x90 cm) and 2 chairs (foldable and located in the bedroom) - 1 table and 2 chairs on the terrace - Hairdryer - Chest of drawers, rack (4 levels), clothes hanger, and 2 bedside tables For your complete comfort, you will also find: - Personal hygiene items for women - Shower gel and shampoo - First aid kit - Cleaning supplies (broom, mop, sponge and detergents, trash bags) - Full set of towels for 2 people (hand towel, shower towel, and bath mat) - Coffee and tea - Salt, pepper, spices, oil, and vinegar - Fire extinguisher And if you are bringing your lovely pet, we want them to feel just as comfortable: - Waste bags - Treats Other things to note The price does not include the tourist tax (1€ per person per night).
