The newly renovated, modernly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of the vacation home "Villa Mare" with a total of 6 apartments. The property is centrally located, not far from shopping facilities such as a supermarket, bakery and numerous small shops. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Other things to note The apartment offers about 30 m² of living space for 2 people. It has a cozy, sunny living room and dining room, with a box spring bed size 180 x 200 cm, a dining table for two people and two armchairs with TV as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen area is equipped with two electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a refrigerator. A parking space for the car belongs to the property. Your pet is also welcome. For this we only charge a cleaning fee of 60,- Euro. In the courtyard, a barbecue area and a barrel sauna are available for shared use.
