The space This home sits on a large private double-lot and entry to the private access beach is just 100 steps from the beach at Grandview Bay. There's plenty of room for outdoor activities including a fenced-backyard, fire pit, enclosed patio and amazing views of Lake Erie from the front porch. The home is in walking/biking distance of Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, The Lakeside Market, Stroh's, Castaways and Evans Town Park. The property is situated close to several local wedding venues on Lake Erie including SunCliff on the Lake, Camp Pioneer and The Evangola State Park. Guest access Guests have the entire home and property to themselves. Other things to note ACCESSIBILITY: The primary bedroom is on the first floor with ensuite. All bathrooms are on the first floor and the other bedrooms on the second. The closest access to the beach requires using stairs. Please inform the hosts if need other accessibility options. PARKING: There are long driveways with plenty of parking. Do not park on the lawn. NO PARTIES: This home is perfect for families, friends' weekends or easy couples getaways in mind. This property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. We have a family-oriented neighborhood that tends to be quiet after 10PM.
