Featuring two lounge areas adorned with plush lounges and Smart TVs, as well as a separate rumpus room downstairs complete with bean bags, Smart TV, games, and books, there's a space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Enjoy a dip in your private pool, or bask in the sun on a comfy lounger while keeping an eye on the little ones. When you’re keen to escape the sun’s rays, head over to the covered lower deck and relax with a good book and your favourite drink, on the gorgeous rattan setting. The property boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel bench tops, a 2-metre butchers block, and a dishwasher - and let's not forget the beautiful views that even the chef can enjoy! Step out onto the balcony from the kitchen and you'll find a BBQ and outdoor setting, overlooking the pool and fully fenced backyard. On the front deck, guests can relax on a casual lounge setting while enjoying the stunning views of One Mile Beach. The master bedroom features a luxurious Queen bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, ocean views and its own balcony access with seating area to soak up view. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and the home is fitted with ceiling fans and Wi-Fi throughout, for ultimate comfort. For added convenience, there is a second bathroom upstairs to service the other bedrooms or for when you’re entertaining. Downstairs, you’ll find a third bathroom to service the two bedrooms on that level, rumpus room; and is super handy for when you’re enjoying the pool, lower deck and backyard. There is also a fourth toilet and basin in the laundry, which is fully-equipped with a washer and dryer.
